Hayes CISD has many schools located in Central Texas. There are about 14,600 students in 23 schools. Hemphill Elementary, one of the schools we are working with, is the largest elementary school with the largest amount of students on Free/Reduced lunch in Hays CISD. Current enrollment is 880 students.
